Full Commercial Maintenance
MOWING- All lawn areas at designated entrances and all common areas will be mowed during a 35 week maintenance season at recommended turf type at frequency defined in the graph located on the following page. Mowing will include edging all curbs, roadways, sidewalks as well as trimming grass around fence, trees and flower beds.
SHRUB AND TREE TRIMMING – Shrubs, hedges, and ground cover will be trimmed according to recommended horticultural practices to maintain a clean attractive appearance. Trees up to eight feet tall will be pruned.
BED AND WEED CONTROL- weeds and grasses will be cleared and removed from flower beds and sidewalks.
 SEASONAL COLOR- At the beginning of Spring and Fall, all flower beds will be changed with the color of the season. Flowers must already be in-bloom and must be a mix of different colors during planting. Flower beds must be full with densely planted flowers. Paradise Landscaping & Renovations must contact customer before planting any flower to get pre-approval of the type and color of the flowers to be planted.
MULCH will be added to beds and kept fresh looking throughout the contract.
TRASH AND DEBRIS will be picked up and removed as needed from turf and flower beds.
FERTILIZER - The proper amounts of fertilizer will be applied throughout the year to maintain a healthy GREEN LAWN. The graph on the following page will show the approximate times these applications will be done.
IRRIGATION CHECKS will be performed on a monthly basis.
LEAF REMOVAL will be performed 3 times a year in the fall and winter season.
POWER WASHING will be performed twice a year with each color change
